Lexington Co-op Opens Second Store

Lexington Co-op in Buffalo, N.Y. opened its second store on July 12, 2017. As stated on the co-op's website, the co-op has ambitious growth goals. Its new store, located at 1678 Hertell in North Buffalo, has these features: double the retail space, more prepared foods, indoor seating, more registers, three times the parking, plus more co-op economy, and more local and sustainable foods. General Manager Tim Bartlett, the co-op staff and board, and co-op member-owners all helped make the second store happen: congratulations!
