PCC Natural Markets is Used to Amazon and Whole Foods

Cate Hardy, the CEO of the Seattle area's leading food co-op, PCC Natural Markets, comments in a recent newspaper report that they are already very familiar with competition from Whole Foods and Amazon, and so far the co-op is doing fine.  PCC now operates 11 stores in the greater Seattle area and is planning further store expansion.
